Abigail Thomsen is the Operations Manager at SERVPRO of North St. Paul/White Bear Lake. Abby has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection (IICRC): Master Water Restorer, Master Smoke Restorer, and Journeyman Textile Restorer.

In her free time, Abby likes to spend time outside and playing softball.

Abigail has worked for SERVPRO since 2018

She really enjoys being able to help people through a catastrophe and getting them back to their normal lives.

Lance Bortot

Lance is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of North St. Paul & White Bear Lake.

Before joining SERVPRO, Lance was a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army, stationed in Anchorage, Alaska for eight years. Lance also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from St. Mary's University of Minnesota

Lance is excited to continue the success and professionalism of Team Short Franchises in Minnesota.

Levi Richey

Levi Richey is the Project Manager at SERVPRO of North St. Paul & White Bear Lake. Levi has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection (IICRC):  Water Restoration (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), and Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT).

Levi likes watching soccer, traveling, and creating music.

He enjoys being able to help people back to their everyday lives and the fact that every day is different.

Keiarra Johnson

Keiarra is an integral part of our team at SERVPRO of North St. Paul/White Bear Lake, serving as a Job File Coordinator. Her expertise and attention to detail have been invaluable in ensuring that our projects are completed with the highest level of quality and efficiency.

When Keiarra is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family. She is a devoted mother to her son and loves nothing more than having fun with her loved ones. She is also a big fan of video games and music, which she finds to be a great way to unwind after a long day.

Keiarra is passionate about working at SERVPRO because she enjoys the dynamic nature of the job. Every day is different, and she loves the challenge of working on diverse projects that require her to apply her knowledge and skills in new and creative ways. Her dedication to her work and her positive attitude make her a valuable member of our team, and we are lucky to have her with us.

Marco Espinoza

Marco is a Production Technician here at SERVPRO of North St. Paul/White Bear Lake. She joined our team in early 2023. She brings years of experience in the cleaning industry.

In his free time, Marco likes to work on cars, go bowling, swimming, and spending time with his friends and family.

He likes working at SERVPRO because it is a real family environment.
