Category One Water Damage in Senior Living Center

Water came from the ceiling and after five buckets were placed the Facility Manager knew they needed help. They called SERVPRO and we were there within a couple of hours to begin the cleanup process.

Broken Pipe Water Damage

A broken pipe in the upstairs bathroom was the problem. Because the water came from a clean source we didn't have to be invasive in our cleaning methods. We extracted the water and put down the drying equipment.

We checked on the room daily to make sure it was drying correctly and to assure no mold would grow. It's important to start drying quickly to avoid mold growth and damage.
